As root

cd to /proc/driver/nslink
run:
more status

You'll see the IP Address of the Device Master (reversed)
and the assigned ports.

Example:
Hub State Address Ports
--- ----- --------------- ----
0 Connected 192.168.13.10 0-0 (this means /dev/ttySI0)
1 Connected 192.168.13.11 1-2 (this means /dev/ttySI1 and /dev/ttySI2)

Note- the IP Address may appear in reverse order on some versions of the NSLink driver. Example:
Hub State Address Ports
--- ----- --------------- ----
0 Connected 10.13.168.192 0-0 (this means /dev/ttySI0 on 192.168.13.10)
1 Connected 11.13.168.192 1-2 (this means /dev/ttySI1 and /dev/ttySI2 on 192.168.13.11)

The Driver Status button of the nslinktool utility also shows this information in a GUI window.
