Dear Support.
I installed portvision DX 4.11.
I'm not able to launch Port Monitor (Pmon2); there is the following error in event viewer:

Hello,

My best guess is that there is some kind of Windows component missing that the program requires. Which exact OS is this, and does pmon2.exe run on other computers?

Hello support
The OS is Windows 7 Enteprise N. (see attached image)
pmon2.exe works on another machine with the same os version.

Hi,

Reinstall the application, this time do it as 'Run as Administrator', if available with Windows 7. Right click on the installation binary and select 'Run as Administrator'. In my experience, Windows 7 is a bit quirky.
